We're thrilled to work with schools and our amazing NHS heroes to ensure that everyone has access to the sensory toys they need. Just reach out to us with your purchase order details, and our playful team will assist you every step of the way.

We can accept an official purchase order via email (info@playinc.co.uk) or by placing the order online. If placing online please choose the ‘Purchase Order’ option at checkout.

An invoice will be emailed to you on despatch.

A delivery charge of £3.99 will be applied to emailed orders.

We usually dispatch the order the same day if ordered before 2pm! We use Royal Mail 24 Tracked, therefore delivery should be within 1 -2 days.

We've got an awesome "no-quibble" return policy that will leave you smiling from ear to ear. If, for any reason at all, you're not absolutely thrilled with your purchase, fear not! We've got your back and we're here to make things right.

Here's the deal: If you're not happy with your purchase, just shoot us an email to our super-friendly Customer Services within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know what's going on, and we'll swing into action.

You've then got a further 14 days to return the item to us in its original packaging. We know life happens, so we're totally cool with exchanges or giving you a refund!

Now, let's talk about the unlikely scenario where an item is faulty. If that happens, please give us a heads-up within a reasonable time, and we'll work our magic to make it right.

Once we receive your returned purchase in its original packaging, we'll get cracking on your refund or exchange within 14 days. We'll make sure the price of your purchase goes back to your original card details or exchange the item. Isn't that cool?

Oh, and just a friendly heads-up: If you're returning an item because you simply changed your mind about it (we get it, sometimes our whims change), we won't be able to reimburse the cost of postage. Fair deal, right?
